4th International Education Technologies and Teachersâ€™ Training Symposium was held on 6th-8th of October in ElazÄ±Äź FÄ±rat University, Faculty of Education, Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology Teachersâ€™ Training.
Head of The Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology, academicians, representatives of private sector, teachers and students participated in the activity held in the Faculty of Education.
Topics such as alternative evaluation, augmented reality, communication and cooperation, digital learning, digital education tools and game-based learning, distance education, educational policy and leadership, innovative technologies, flipped classrooms, gamification, human-computer interaction, innovation and change, educational design, needs of students, life long learning, mobile learning, professional development, social networks, teacher standards, teachersâ€™ training, technology and curriculum, integration of technology in curriculum, technology in special education, virtual reality Â were touched upon in the symposium.
On the second day of the symposium, a panel on FATIH Project in Education and EBA was held. Harun Ă‡iĂ§ek, Head of The Department of System Management, Adem EYLENCE, Department of Educational Technologies andÂ Technical Assistance, Erkan DĂśNDAR from Department of Educational Publications and Content Management and Ertan KOCABAĹž from Department of Communication, YEÄžÄ°TEK.
Presentations on FATIH Project, teachersâ€™ trainings and EBA were presented. Call for â€śFATIH Project in Education Education Technologies Summitâ€ť was shared with participants by the General Directorate of Innovation and Education Technologies. Panel ended with expectations and suggestions of academicians, teachers, students on FATIH Project and EBA.
